We're three friends with Ukrainian, Russian, and Belarusian roots who missed the food we grew up with and couldn't find it done properly in London. So we started cooking it ourselves, and that's how Rassoul began.

We handmake varenyky, pelmeni, stuffed crepes, golubtsy, syrnyky and our signature borscht in North London, using family recipes and real ingredients, with no preservatives. We freeze everything straight after cooking, so it tastes homemade and is ready in minutes.

We hold a 5-star food hygiene rating, were finalists at the 2025 UK Small Business Awards, and cooked for crowds at the National Geographic Traveller Food Festival.
