Terms for service providers

Additional terms for people and businesses that create, claim or manage a specialist listing. The general Terms of use also apply.
Your authority and listing
You confirm that you are at least 18, may act for the named business, and that your identity, qualifications, insurance, prices, availability, service areas and protected contact channels — including website and social-page addresses — are accurate and kept current. Do not submit another person’s data without authority.
Professional responsibility
You remain solely responsible for licences, registrations, insurance, taxes, consumer-law duties, quotations, contracts and the safety and quality of your work. SARAFAN introduces people; it is not your agent, employer, client, payment provider or party to the work contract.
Public and protected information
Your business name, description, prices, areas, languages, published images and reviews may be shown publicly and indexed. Phone, email, Telegram, WhatsApp, website, Instagram and Facebook values are protected and released only through SARAFAN’s recorded contact-introduction flow.
Moderation and evidence
We may review, request evidence for, refuse, hide or remove a listing or content that is misleading, unlawful, unsafe, infringes rights or breaches these terms. A verification badge records a check performed; it is not an endorsement or guarantee of future work.
Customer data and platform integrity
Use contact details obtained through SARAFAN only to answer the relevant enquiry and comply with data-protection and direct-marketing law. Do not scrape, resell, bulk-message, manipulate reviews, evade limits or create duplicate listings.
Leaving and changes
You may hide a listing or stop being a provider. Records that evidence introductions, moderation or legal obligations may be retained or depersonalised as described in the Privacy notice. Material changes to these terms will be notified before they bind existing providers.
