Professional coach and former athlete with **15 years of experience in sport**. Ukrainian and European Champion, medallist at international kickboxing competitions, Master of Sport of Ukraine, and Ukrainian Boxing Champion.
Over **6 years of coaching experience** in Ukraine, Poland and the UK, including 3 years working as a coach in the UK.
Founder of **MRIA Fight Fly London**.
I provide individual and group training sessions for children and adults in:
* boxing; * kickboxing; * general fitness and physical conditioning; * strength, endurance and coordination development; * technique improvement and training tailored to individual goals.
